Patrick was very communicative and did what he could to get my project done In the timeline I asked for. He advised I wait for exterior painting for better weather to prolong the paint job and i appreciated his honesty. We will be using them again.

They were very professional and explained the entire process. He explained why they use certain products over others and what to expect. My wife and I couldn’t be more happy. I was fortunate to see Top Coat working on a nearby house. I called and got a competitive quote. They stuck to the schedule, were respectful and communicative, and we enjoyed having them around. The Top Coat's team had great attention to detail (removed and labeled downspouts, filled cracks and holes, used a leaf blower to remove scraping residue from our roof, stuff like that).
