Patrick and his team exceeded expectations in communication, extra tasks for paint prep, and speed. They were also a friendly crew, and price was reasonable! Some things were missed that we had to take care of after the project, like trash cleanup and small/ missed paint spots we found after the final walk around. My recommendation is to be very communicative and don't rush through the final walk. Granted, it was a big job and it took the team 3 days to complete. These wouldn't keep us from recommending Top Coat to friends and neighbors. Thanks!

Patrick and Gary also threw in the horse barn and dog house—and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Patrick, the owner, was great to work with—always responsive and easy to communicate with. Gary, the lead, along with his crew Blanca, Misael, and Euliser, were extremely professional, detail-oriented, and respectful of our property. There was one small (could have been huge) miscommunication, but Gary took care of it immediately without hesitation, which really showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. The price was very reasonable as compared to other bids for the amount of work they did, and the final results exceeded our expectations.
