Patrick and their crew did a great job in painting our house. We have been trying to do painting since so long and Patrick quoted a reasonable price for top quality painting compared to everyone. They were very friendly and were very punctual. They made sure to clean up everything before they leave. The whole process was very smooth and stress free. This crew is awesome! They went above and beyond to get our exterior painted in this WA weather that kept changing. They also pressure washed, caulked extensively, prepped, and painted like pros. Both the owner and lead painter were excellent communicators throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 5 stars all the way!

Did exactly what they said they would do at a fair price. The crew was very friendly and trustworthy to boot. They cleaned and treated my roof, cleaned my siding, and painted the trim and gutters of my home. I have already recommended Topcoat to my family and neighbors. Patrick and his team exceeded expectations in communication, extra tasks for paint prep, and speed. They were also a friendly crew, and price was reasonable! Some things were missed that we had to take care of after the project, like trash cleanup and small/ missed paint spots we found after the final walk around. My recommendation is to be very communicative and don't rush through the final walk. Granted, it was a big job and it took the team 3 days to complete. These wouldn't keep us from recommending Top Coat to friends and neighbors. Thanks!

This paint job was set up through our real estate agent as part of our closing. Topcoat Painting reached out about 2 months after our closing to talk about the project. Patrick set up a phone call and said that he would work on getting us on his schedule. A month and a half later after being reached out to initially, I reached out to see when they would be getting us in. Patrick stated that they could be out to clean the house first and then back to paint. He was super flexible with us as we waited for clearance from our HOA. The crew that painted the house completed it in two days. I did have to clarify day 2 a few items of concern, but that was addressed quickly. The overall project came out as we visioned. I would recommend using Topcoat as they are reasonably priced and did a great job. I gave 4 stars only because I was told that they would follow up with us about when they could get us in to paint, but I had to reach back out to try and get the job scheduled.

Top coat came in with a full crew and they knocked it out of the park. They finished the job quickly but also took care and made sure they didn't miss any details. Excellent work and an excellent crew.
