This paint job was set up through our real estate agent as part of our closing. Topcoat Painting reached out about 2 months after our closing to talk about the project. Patrick set up a phone call and said that he would work on getting us on his schedule. A month and a half later after being reached out to initially, I reached out to see when they would be getting us in. Patrick stated that they could be out to clean the house first and then back to paint. He was super flexible with us as we waited for clearance from our HOA. The crew that painted the house completed it in two days. I did have to clarify day 2 a few items of concern, but that was addressed quickly. The overall project came out as we visioned. I would recommend using Topcoat as they are reasonably priced and did a great job. I gave 4 stars only because I was told that they would follow up with us about when they could get us in to paint, but I had to reach back out to try and get the job scheduled.

Last summer, my wife and I stopped to watch a crew of painters, from Topcoat Painting Professionals, painting the exterior of a house near ours. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and the paint finish. I asked, Gary, the crew leader, for a business card and we made sure to save it. This summer we hired Topcoat Painting Professionals to paint our home exterior and they did a fantastic job. Our home looks great and we are confident that this finish will last for years. We found zero faults with the walk-a-round after they were finished. Gary and his crew were on time and finished up in under a week. Joe, the lead painter, is truly a professional with a paint sprayer and a brush. We will hire them for future projects.

Patrick and the team squeezed our home in on a short timeline and did a great job. Going from dark to light walls wasn’t an easy task, but the guys did it and made sure our walls were covered without bleed through. Would highly recommend!

Patrick and his team exceeded expectations in communication, extra tasks for paint prep, and speed. They were also a friendly crew, and price was reasonable! Some things were missed that we had to take care of after the project, like trash cleanup and small/ missed paint spots we found after the final walk around. My recommendation is to be very communicative and don't rush through the final walk. Granted, it was a big job and it took the team 3 days to complete. These wouldn't keep us from recommending Top Coat to friends and neighbors. Thanks!

Gary and his crew were phenomenal and professional. The final product was exceeded my expectations! I have to add that they did my exterior trim and their attention to detail was awesome. They catered to me needs and did additional items that weren’t on my work order. All in all, Pat will treat you right as far as giving you a quote. Once committed, expect superb communication, prompt arrival times on site, and an ability to take your opinion and request to heart. Clean up was above par. Gary, Joe, and Zach will do the job and more. Give them a chance. You won’t regret it!

Patrick and Gary also threw in the horse barn and dog house—and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The crew finished everything a day ahead of schedule, and the quality of work was outstanding. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. Patrick, the owner, was great to work with—always responsive and easy to communicate with. Gary, the lead, along with his crew Blanca, Misael, and Euliser, were extremely professional, detail-oriented, and respectful of our property. There was one small (could have been huge) miscommunication, but Gary took care of it immediately without hesitation, which really showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. The price was very reasonable as compared to other bids for the amount of work they did, and the final results exceeded our expectations. If you're considering a painting project, I highly recommend this team—you won't be disappointed!

From the very first meeting with Patrick, I knew this was the company to paint my home. He was upfront and presented an honest bid to paint my home. Patrick and his team are beyond professional. The crew lead, Gary, was exellent to deal with and a pleasure to see his team work together and actually enjoying the work they do. The job they did was nothing short of perfect. The crew was respectful of our property and trustworthy to get the job done correctly. The finished product is well beyond my expectations. I can't thank this team enough for the work they did. I wish they did roofing, I'd hire them in a minute. But when I did mention needing my roof done, Patrick jumped into action and presented me with roofing contractors that he would use. I must also mention one day I drove up with a moving truck to deliver some furniture to the house. The team immediately offered thier assistance to help with the heavy lifting. Not your typical contractor. These guys really care about the customer and the finished product they present. I'd give this company 10 stars if I could. Patrick and his team were awesome. We had them do a large 3 part project that included all new baseboards, full interior paint and then a full kitchen cabinet paint job that included removing all doors and shelves and sanding and painting them. Highly recommend their service!!
