Gary and his crew were phenomenal and professional. The final product was exceeded my expectations! I have to add that they did my exterior trim and their attention to detail was awesome. They catered to me needs and did additional items that weren’t on my work order. All in all, Pat will treat you right as far as giving you a quote. Once committed, expect superb communication, prompt arrival times on site, and an ability to take your opinion and request to heart. Clean up was above par. Gary, Joe, and Zach will do the job and more. Give them a chance. You won’t regret it!

I was fortunate to see Top Coat working on a nearby house. I called and got a competitive quote. They stuck to the schedule, were respectful and communicative, and we enjoyed having them around. The Top Coat's team had great attention to detail (removed and labeled downspouts, filled cracks and holes, used a leaf blower to remove scraping residue from our roof, stuff like that). This crew is awesome! They went above and beyond to get our exterior painted in this WA weather that kept changing. They also pressure washed, caulked extensively, prepped, and painted like pros. Last summer, my wife and I stopped to watch a crew of painters, from Topcoat Painting Professionals, painting the exterior of a house near ours. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and the paint finish. I asked, Gary, the crew leader, for a business card and we made sure to save it. This summer we hired Topcoat Painting Professionals to paint our home exterior and they did a fantastic job. Our home looks great and we are confident that this finish will last for years. We found zero faults with the walk-a-round after they were finished. Gary and his crew were on time and finished up in under a week. Joe, the lead painter, is truly a professional with a paint sprayer and a brush. We will hire them for future projects.

Patrick and his team exceeded expectations in communication, extra tasks for paint prep, and speed. They were also a friendly crew, and price was reasonable! Some things were missed that we had to take care of after the project, like trash cleanup and small/ missed paint spots we found after the final walk around. My recommendation is to be very communicative and don't rush through the final walk. Granted, it was a big job and it took the team 3 days to complete. These wouldn't keep us from recommending Top Coat to friends and neighbors. Thanks!

This paint job was set up through our real estate agent as part of our closing. Topcoat Painting reached out about 2 months after our closing to talk about the project. Patrick set up a phone call and said that he would work on getting us on his schedule. A month and a half later after being reached out to initially, I reached out to see when they would be getting us in. Patrick stated that they could be out to clean the house first and then back to paint. He was super flexible with us as we waited for clearance from our HOA. The crew that painted the house completed it in two days. I did have to clarify day 2 a few items of concern, but that was addressed quickly. The overall project came out as we visioned. I would recommend using Topcoat as they are reasonably priced and did a great job. I gave 4 stars only because I was told that they would follow up with us about when they could get us in to paint, but I had to reach back out to try and get the job scheduled.
