This paint job was set up through our real estate agent as part of our closing. Topcoat Painting reached out about 2 months after our closing to talk about the project. Patrick set up a phone call and said that he would work on getting us on his schedule. A month and a half later after being reached out to initially, I reached out to see when they would be getting us in. Patrick stated that they could be out to clean the house first and then back to paint. He was super flexible with us as we waited for clearance from our HOA. The crew that painted the house completed it in two days. I did have to clarify day 2 a few items of concern, but that was addressed quickly. The overall project came out as we visioned. I would recommend using Topcoat as they are reasonably priced and did a great job. I gave 4 stars only because I was told that they would follow up with us about when they could get us in to paint, but I had to reach back out to try and get the job scheduled.

This crew is awesome! They went above and beyond to get our exterior painted in this WA weather that kept changing. They also pressure washed, caulked extensively, prepped, and painted like pros. Both the owner and lead painter were excellent communicators throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 5 stars all the way!

Top coat painted the exterior of our home. Very professional company! They exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised, & the job was completed in timely manner. High-quality company. They do amazing high quality work. We highly recommend them!! We are planning on have them back to complete the interior of our home in the very near future.

Patrick and his team exceeded expectations in communication, extra tasks for paint prep, and speed. They were also a friendly crew, and price was reasonable! Some things were missed that we had to take care of after the project, like trash cleanup and small/ missed paint spots we found after the final walk around. My recommendation is to be very communicative and don't rush through the final walk. Granted, it was a big job and it took the team 3 days to complete. These wouldn't keep us from recommending Top Coat to friends and neighbors. Thanks!

I highly recommend Top Coat Painting. They did excellent work painting my home's interior. I was very happy with the outcome. They were very professional from coming out to give me an estimate to the final touch ups. If I had any questions the response time was very fast. The job was completed in a timely fashion. I am using them again for another project.

Last summer, my wife and I stopped to watch a crew of painters, from Topcoat Painting Professionals, painting the exterior of a house near ours. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and the paint finish. I asked, Gary, the crew leader, for a business card and we made sure to save it. This summer we hired Topcoat Painting Professionals to paint our home exterior and they did a fantastic job. Our home looks great and we are confident that this finish will last for years. We found zero faults with the walk-a-round after they were finished. Gary and his crew were on time and finished up in under a week. Joe, the lead painter, is truly a professional with a paint sprayer and a brush. We will hire them for future projects.

From the very first meeting with Patrick, I knew this was the company to paint my home. He was upfront and presented an honest bid to paint my home. Patrick and his team are beyond professional. The crew lead, Gary, was exellent to deal with and a pleasure to see his team work together and actually enjoying the work they do. The job they did was nothing short of perfect. The crew was respectful of our property and trustworthy to get the job done correctly. The finished product is well beyond my expectations. I can't thank this team enough for the work they did. I wish they did roofing, I'd hire them in a minute. But when I did mention needing my roof done, Patrick jumped into action and presented me with roofing contractors that he would use. I must also mention one day I drove up with a moving truck to deliver some furniture to the house. The team immediately offered thier assistance to help with the heavy lifting. Not your typical contractor. These guys really care about the customer and the finished product they present. I'd give this company 10 stars if I could.
