Patrick and his team exceeded expectations in communication, extra tasks for paint prep, and speed. They were also a friendly crew, and price was reasonable! Some things were missed that we had to take care of after the project, like trash cleanup and small/ missed paint spots we found after the final walk around. My recommendation is to be very communicative and don't rush through the final walk. Granted, it was a big job and it took the team 3 days to complete. These wouldn't keep us from recommending Top Coat to friends and neighbors. Thanks!

Topcoat did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our house. Patrick and Gary are an amazing team who walked me through every step from the color recommendations to some issues they found with the brick part of the siding. They got us on the schedule quickly and paid close attention to every detail. They even came over an extra day just to see if touch ups were needed. It is a pleasure to see people who take pride in their work. And the cherry on top was how reasonable their rate was! Very pleased. Would highly recommend. Look how beautiful our house is now! This crew is awesome! They went above and beyond to get our exterior painted in this WA weather that kept changing. They also pressure washed, caulked extensively, prepped, and painted like pros. Both the owner and lead painter were excellent communicators throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 5 stars all the way!

This paint job was set up through our real estate agent as part of our closing. Topcoat Painting reached out about 2 months after our closing to talk about the project. Patrick set up a phone call and said that he would work on getting us on his schedule. A month and a half later after being reached out to initially, I reached out to see when they would be getting us in. Patrick stated that they could be out to clean the house first and then back to paint. He was super flexible with us as we waited for clearance from our HOA. The crew that painted the house completed it in two days. I did have to clarify day 2 a few items of concern, but that was addressed quickly. The overall project came out as we visioned. I would recommend using Topcoat as they are reasonably priced and did a great job. I gave 4 stars only because I was told that they would follow up with us about when they could get us in to paint, but I had to reach back out to try and get the job scheduled.

5 Stars – Highly Recommend! We recently hired Topcoat Painting Professionals to paint our house exterior and replace fascia and trim boards as needed. Patrick and Gary also threw in the horse barn and dog house—and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The crew finished everything a day ahead of schedule, and the quality of work was outstanding. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. Patrick, the owner, was great to work with—always responsive and easy to communicate with. Gary, the lead, along with his crew Blanca, Misael, and Euliser, were extremely professional, detail-oriented, and respectful of our property. There was one small (could have been huge) miscommunication, but Gary took care of it immediately without hesitation, which really showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. The price was very reasonable as compared to other bids for the amount of work they did, and the final results exceeded our expectations. If you're considering a painting project, I highly recommend this team—you won't be disappointed!

I was fortunate to see Top Coat working on a nearby house. I called and got a competitive quote. They stuck to the schedule, were respectful and communicative, and we enjoyed having them around. The Top Coat's team had great attention to detail (removed and labeled downspouts, filled cracks and holes, used a leaf blower to remove scraping residue from our roof, stuff like that). I would highly recommend Top Coat Painting.

We had Topcoat Painting do two different painting jobs for us. Each paint job was done perfectly, on time and very personal friendly team of painters. We will have them back the next time we need painting.

Patrick and the team squeezed our home in on a short timeline and did a great job. Going from dark to light walls wasn’t an easy task, but the guys did it and made sure our walls were covered without bleed through. Would highly recommend!
