From the very first meeting with Patrick, I knew this was the company to paint my home. He was upfront and presented an honest bid to paint my home. Patrick and his team are beyond professional. The crew lead, Gary, was exellent to deal with and a pleasure to see his team work together and actually enjoying the work they do. The job they did was nothing short of perfect. The crew was respectful of our property and trustworthy to get the job done correctly. The finished product is well beyond my expectations. I can't thank this team enough for the work they did. I wish they did roofing, I'd hire them in a minute. But when I did mention needing my roof done, Patrick jumped into action and presented me with roofing contractors that he would use. I must also mention one day I drove up with a moving truck to deliver some furniture to the house. The team immediately offered thier assistance to help with the heavy lifting. Not your typical contractor. These guys really care about the customer and the finished product they present. I'd give this company 10 stars if I could. Did exactly what they said they would do at a fair price. The crew was very friendly and trustworthy to boot. They cleaned and treated my roof, cleaned my siding, and painted the trim and gutters of my home. I have already recommended Topcoat to my family and neighbors. I cannot say enough good things about Patrick and his crew. I reached out short notice and he was able to accommodate my request (this all depends on his availability. It just happened to work out). Patrick & Gary did an amazing job painting the exterior of our house. It’s been close to a year now and the paint is still looking new! Initially, we thought the color we picked was way too bright that we almost change our mind. But as Gary started painting the accents and lines with white, it went so well and to our surprise it looks super nice!! We absolutely love it! Like movie, you gonna wait till the end. Even the neighbors can’t help but compliment.

The Top Coat's team had great attention to detail (removed and labeled downspouts, filled cracks and holes, used a leaf blower to remove scraping residue from our roof, stuff like that).
