Patrick and Gary also threw in the horse barn and dog house—and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The crew finished everything a day ahead of schedule, and the quality of work was outstanding. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. Patrick, the owner, was great to work with—always responsive and easy to communicate with. Gary, the lead, along with his crew Blanca, Misael, and Euliser, were extremely professional, detail-oriented, and respectful of our property. There was one small (could have been huge) miscommunication, but Gary took care of it immediately without hesitation, which really showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. The price was very reasonable as compared to other bids for the amount of work they did, and the final results exceeded our expectations. If you're considering a painting project, I highly recommend this team—you won't be disappointed!

This crew is awesome! They went above and beyond to get our exterior painted in this WA weather that kept changing. They also pressure washed, caulked extensively, prepped, and painted like pros. They got us on the schedule quickly and paid close attention to every detail. They even came over an extra day just to see if touch ups were needed. Patrick and his team exceeded expectations in communication, extra tasks for paint prep, and speed. They were also a friendly crew, and price was reasonable! Some things were missed that we had to take care of after the project, like trash cleanup and small/ missed paint spots we found after the final walk around. My recommendation is to be very communicative and don't rush through the final walk. Granted, it was a big job and it took the team 3 days to complete. These wouldn't keep us from recommending Top Coat to friends and neighbors. Thanks!

Gary and his crew were phenomenal and professional. The final product was exceeded my expectations! I have to add that they did my exterior trim and their attention to detail was awesome. They catered to me needs and did additional items that weren’t on my work order. All in all, Pat will treat you right as far as giving you a quote. Once committed, expect superb communication, prompt arrival times on site, and an ability to take your opinion and request to heart. Clean up was above par.
